Rates

• 2 persons 115.00 per night plus 75.00 house cleaning charge, or
• 3 or more persons to a maximum of 6 persons 150.00 per night plus 75.00 house cleaning charge

Policies and Guidelines

• absolutely no pets
• no RVs or tents on the property
• maximum capacity 6 persons, unless prior arrangements have been made with property manager, all arrangements must be in writting with property managers signed approval, or damage deposit may not be returned.
• absolutely no smoking inside the cabins
• check out time is 11am and check-in is 4pm.
• minimum bookings 2 nights
• additional persons $30.00 per night
• during peak seasons we request that our guests abide by this to give our housekeeper adequate time to clean between groups
• if possible we will try to accommodate early check in or late check out whenever possible. This must be approved by property manager.
• rates do not include GST
• all funds in Canadian dollars
• rates subject to change
• a security deposit of $400 is payable by credit card upon booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This deposit will be refunded within 15 days of your departure, provided the cabin is left in good order. Two business days prior to your arrival, the full rental amount will be charged to the supplied credit card number which was given at the time of booking.
• charges will appear on your credit card statement from "Diverse Flooring TM" (Property Managers)
